Terms and Conditions
To schedule a shoot, please contact us via mobile. Provide your preferred dates (weekdays or weekends) and the full address of the location. We will confirm our availability accordingly.
- Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time.
- For rescheduling, please inform us clearly of your new preferred date.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a No-Shoot Fee of $150.
A No-Shoot Fee of $150 (as of 01/01/2024) applies in the following scenarios, provided we are already en route or have arrived at the location:
- The location is not shoot-ready (e.g., too messy).
- The property owner is not present.
- The shoot is canceled last minute or without notice.
- Cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the shoot.
Post-production typically takes up to 1 month from the date of the shoot. Any delays will be communicated in advance.
- For single sessions, payment must be made prior to photo collection.
- For package plans, full payment must be made before the first shoot to enjoy package discounts.
All payments made are non-refundable.
If you request additional services (e.g., staging or videography) during a basic shoot, a top-up invoice will be issued. These fees must be settled before photo/media collection.
We appreciate timely payments to maintain a sustainable business. Invoices are due within 30 days. A 10% late payment fee per month will apply to overdue payments.
- VFJ Creations retains full rights to all media until full payment is received.
- We reserve the right to use any photos/media we’ve taken for our social media and marketing purposes.
- By engaging our services, you consent to the use of your photos for our promotional needs.
- Package pricing applies to HDB and Condominium properties only.
- Landed properties are not included and may require multiple sessions from a package, depending on size.
- Packages are valid for 2 years from the invoice date.
- After expiry, a top-up is required to align with the latest rates, plus an admin fee of $50.
- Once topped up, the package validity is extended by 1 year from the top-up invoice date.
VFJ Creations reserves the right to cancel any scheduled shoot at any time and without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or operational limitations. In such cases, we will offer a rescheduling option or refund if payment has been made.
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
